Start > Settings (or Control Panel) > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs
Highlight Java x Runtime Environment (Where x is the series you have (e.g. 2)), click on Remove.
Then download and install MSJVM
Note: Make sure you read all of the info on the site before installing anything
