New Ultimate Version Won't Install

I've twice tried to install the newest Ultimate version over an older 2016 Build 2... and as soon as I start it up, it says there's a new version available. And when I check the version of the installed version... it's still 2016 build 2.

download the file from the site and reboot first before installing, to make sure everything of Avant is closed.
