I'm seeing the same thing with some of the pages at Tom's Hardware (http://www.tomshardware.com). For example, I found a link to something I was checking on: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/222323-33-wmiadapter. The page seems to load up normally, and then it spontaneously gets the following inserted into the address bar:

wyciwyg://18/http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/222323-33-wmiadapter. This results in a blank page being displayed.

I don't know what's causing this, and I have only seen it on some pages on this site, but it never did this until recently.

This is a bug that affect Firefox based browsers. From Wikipedia
Wikipedia wrote:WYCIWYG is an acronym that stands for What You Cache Is What You Get, commonly displayed in the address bar of Gecko-based Web browsers like Mozilla Firefox as wyciwyg:// when the Web browser is retrieving cached information.
I assume that your cache is corrupted. Try the following:
- Start Orca
- Tools >> Clear Records >> Clear All Records
- Browse to: about:config
- Find the entry: browser.cache.disk.parent_directory
- Right click the entry and click: Copy Value
- Close Orca
- Go to Windows: Start >> Run
- Right click the box and click Paste then click OK
- In the Windows Explorer window that opens, delete the Cache folder
- Try Orca again
