Search Suggestions

Is it possible to add "search suggestions" for the search bar, like it does in most other browsers?

Do you refer to the search engine list for you choosing or an input history drop down list during inputting keywords in the search bar?

If you want to add a search engine list, it could be impossible. Avant Browser gets paid by the default search engine for the queries searched by the users in the browser. More other search engines added, less income produced. Avant Browser is not as big as firefox and Chrome having, the source of income is limited. Wish you understand:).
If you want to set another engine as the default search engine, go to Tools->Avant Browser Options...->Search Engine->Standard Search and add the search engine desired.

I guess I didn't explain my self good enough. I know how to change the search engine. What I want is to have an automatic search suggestions when I start typing in my query in the seach box. Google supports this feature and it works in IE but I have no idea how to enable it in AB

The search box you mentioned is the text filed on search bar or search page like google.com?
There are search suggestions when I type the keywords on google.com:

But, it seems not stable, sometimes I should refresh the page google.com to make the search suggestions appear.

I mean the search box in Avant toolbar

There are two search suggestions on search bar as I know. One comes from the history of your typed keywords, another comes from the search engine itself,just like the feature in the above image.
The second one is what you want?

right. the history works but the one from search engines doesnt work

I only see setting bin as the default engine show the suggestions. It should be a feature offered by the search engine. Have you seen the same feature when setting google as the default engine?

Sorry, I didnt understand your post. I didn't find a way of enabling the search engine (any of them) to show search sugestions when I type a string into a seach box in AB toolbar. This feature exists in IE

The default engine in IE is bing right?
I mean it's possible that the search engine offers the interface showing the suggestions to the browser. There could exist a cooperation between the browser and the search engine.
