Is there any way to copy and paste without EDIT option?

Post by doublee » Fri Sep 10, 2010 9:01 pm

I love Avant Browser and would like to use it as my only Browser except when I have to use IE but I use copy and paste quite often and with the Edit button missing from the main menu I have not found a way to use copy or cut and paste. Does anyone know of a way to do this on the newer versions? One other browser has integrated the cut, copy and paste options into the tools menu.
Thanks, doublee

You can use the keyboard shortcuts,

CTRL C is copy
CTRL V is paste
CTRL X is cut

..or use the right click menu.

Here are some add-on buttons that will allow Copy, Cut and Paste:

Auto-Install Cut Button

To allow clipboard access without prompting:

Tools >> Internet Options... >> Security >> Internet >> Custom Level >> Scripting >> Allow Programmatic clipboard access >> Enable

These buttons have also been posted in the Scripts and Buttons Releases section.

Nice kudos. You should add those to the script releases forum.

Thanks Guys, you have been a great help. I guess I knew about the keyboard commands but I needed someone to jog my brain I guess. Trouble with getting old and senile. I will certanly use the other suggestion.
