That's bad. :( I need Video DownloadHelper. I can see it in the context menu, but when video ends, I need to use a toolbar button, but it's missing. There are also keyboard and mouse shortcuts, but both don't work either. :( Do you know something similar, or a way how to use this extension in Orca? I need just few extention, but this one is very important.

I just tested the extension. Although the toolbar icon is not available in Orca, the extension does add a context menu to the page. So right-click anywhere on the page (but not on the video), then select DownloadHelper. If there are videos available to download, you should see a Media item in the sub-menu.

Ohh!!!!! Thank you, I knew about the menu, but I haven't seen a "Media" item, because it was not there! It's not working the same way as a toolbar button, Media item is in the menu only before the video is fully loaded (cached) - then - it looks - there is no way to download/save it.

...So the Video DownloadHelper is working partially, but it's enough. :)

Perhaps the topic "Official Orca Extensions List" might be unlocked, so all users could add extensions with information (work/partially work/do not work), then any admin or moderator could update the list and then remove the reply. It would be easier to update it that way. What do you think?

Here's a good freeware RoboForm alternative: Sxipper

RoboForm users may like it because it can import RoboForm Identities and Passcards.

Download link: Add to Orca

To ensure that it does not conflict with Orca's AutoFill, disable this option in Orca:
Tools >> Orca Browser Options... >> Auto Complete >> Prompt to save logins

Wow, it works! With Sxipper I don't have to type a password several times if the tabs are saved on exit. It's not perfect, several dialogs are still shown at start, but if I cancel them all, I have to type a password just once and then I can use Sxipper to enter the other passwords. Thank you, Kudos!

Firefox extensions will not modify the Orca interface - toolbars, status bars, etc. They usually add a shortcut, right-click menu or chrome:// url as an alternative which may work correctly.

Also why do you need mouse gestures when Orca has its owm?

Orca 1.2.1 seems to have broken compatibility with adblock plus, since I can't add or view subscriptions. Has anyone else noticed this? It could be a deal breaker to loose the single most important extension, IMHO.

Did you go and redownload Adblock plus for Firefox 3.5? Since Orca 1.1 build 7 was based off of Firefox 3.0.10 and Orca 1.2 build 1 is based off of Firefox 3.5.0.

Update: Nope your right. Even the newest version of Adblock from July 13th is pretty broken. Hopefully this can be taken care of with build 2 or eventually.

Same here, the subscription can't be added and the OK button doesn't work. As adblock is way better than Orca/Avants blocker, 1.2 is unusable for me

Sure, but its - taken that it is a general bug - a pity nonetheless, since Adblock is really the single most important Addon to many. I know of course Orca is for free and stuff, but anyway...

Interestingly, the reason seems to be Adblock it self - I just updated Adblock on a 1.1 Orca and it got the same behavior as in Orca 1.2. It would nevertheless be great if Anderson could make it to reenable Adblock

Oh so Adblock itself has changed.. Well, I personally don't know where you would get the previous version. If that version even supported 3.5 or not.
