To change the spelling language, download a dictionary from https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/dictionaries
Install it then go to page about:config and change spellchecker.dictionary to the new language.

Oh ok so your talking about an extension language. Heres how you do it. Although I didn't really have anything to test it on.

Install a lang pack from the Mozilla Addons site, then type %appdata% into Run in the Start Menu or if your in Vista just type it into the search box at the bottom of the Start Menu.
Then navigate to Orca Profiles -> .default -> mozdata -> UserData -> extensions -> (the lang you picked) -> dictionaries/ copy the en-(your lang).txt file and the aff file and copy them to the dictionary folder in c:\program files\Orca Browser.

Then open up about:config and goto spellchecker.dictionary and change en-US to whatever language you chose. Restart Orca.

If this doesn't work then I dont know whatelse to try.
