You'll have to use Avant's File > Export Bookmarks feature.

Also, if you don't want to store your bookmarks online or need some of Avant's bookmark seraching functionality, you can choose the option at Tools > Avant Browser Options > Miscellaneous > Use IE Favorites as bookmarks so that you won't have to synchronize with IE at all. From there, I'm pretty sure that Freifox has an addon that will keep its bookmarks synched with IE's and vice versa.

thank you for answer but: 1. the export bookmark send me to search folder that i can't find
2. if I'm choosing now to use IE favorites it give me only the favorite of IE and not all i' collect with few years of AB using.
so where I'm finding the AB bookmark folder?

There's no such thing as "AB bookmarks folder"...
If you'll go to File>Export Bookmarks... then it'll give you a "Save As" dialog.
Just select where you'd like to save the bookmarks file and click the "Save" button.

Yes, when you "Export" you're not looking for a file, you're being asked where you want Avant to export the HTML file it will create with your bookmarks.

Just to make clear what I meant in my previous post by saying that there's no such thing as AB bookmarks folder:
Avant is storing it's bookmarks in an encrypted file.
You may find the file here:
%appdata%/avant profiles/.default/bookmarks/ if you're not using the online-storage feature or %appdata%/avant profiles/your@email.com/bookmarks/ if you're using the online-storage feature.

You're going to have to choose a browser to import your other bookmarks into. If its Firefox, then export IE's and Avant's using their export function. If it's Avant, export Firefox's and IE's, etc.

You're probably using the IE Favorites in Avant then.

Which means that if you are, Avant is looking at the same files IE does for Favorites. (YOU can double-check this at Tools > Avant Options > Miscellaneous > Use IE Favorites as bookmarks)

That means that IE has the same Favorites as Avant already. You can use IE's function to export them from there.

Ok
Let me try to explain:
Instruction for the Internet Explorer browser:
Just go to File>Import and Export...
Select Import/Export from a File or Address and click Next >.
Then, Select Import Favorites and click Next >.
Then, Click the Browse... button and select the html file that was exported from Avant using the File>Export Bookmarks... function.
Then, Just click Next & select the folder where you'd like to import those bookmarks and click the Next > button and then click the Finish button & wait a few seconds/minutes (Depending on the size of the bookmarks file) until IE will tell you that imported successfully.
