It's really annoying me.
I use the latest AB, and since some Time I cannot work good with it.

At first all my Bookmarks get lost, I restore them from another Part of my HDD, but sometimes they get lost again without any Reason. Sometimes there are no Bookmarks, sometimes only the first 3-4 Folders.

Then I become further some Freezes, this even without any Reason, then I must reset my PC, but then I must login to any Site I've visited anytime before (I restore some important Cookies with CCleaner, they are still there, but AB seems to have no Interest about it).

Further the Options for AB often reseted to Default, sometimes not fully, I must Change everything, ASK-Toolbar eliminating for Google, Mouse-Gesture disabling, and so on...

I'm still a Fan of AB, but I hope that the new Version will things make better for me, I don't like Firefox, but I'm ashamed if some Friends of me get tired about this Bugs and tell me that their Firefox works faster and properly than mine Browser.

It is sad that you have this problem with Avant Browser but you have been a member of the Forum for quite some time and we both know that problems like these can be cured and in doing so will make Avant brighter and better. I am not able to help but for sure the guys and girls in here will offer the remedy in a short time.

Also, I was able to understand your English very well.

Thanks a lot for your warm Words, You're right, i should be more optimistic what the new Release will bring.

But it is still strange that all these Errors are new in this actual Version.

Firstly reset Internet Explorer which should also fix Avant:

Close all browsers then go to Control Panel >> Internet Options >> Advanced >> Reset

Let us know if it makes ant improvement.

Hy Kudos, I've reseted everything, did a Restart and chnaged again the Cookie-Settings on IE (automatic off, take Cookies from first-class Sites, deny third-class Cookies, accept Operating(?) Cookies always.

But yesterday my Bookmarks was not only mostly away, some Files had destroyed Links in it.

I think that maybe my System is full of too much dust, I will clean my Hardware tomorrow, it is NOT an OS-Error, I installed it new at 1. May, these Errors was before and after the Install of WinXP. Sometimes my System freezes, then I must restart, and then, sometimes, my Search-Engine is ASK, and many other Options are changing.

AVAST can't find any Viruses, Trojans, Worms, CCleaner show no Alerts.

I would be interested to see what is active on your system. Please run a HiJackThis scan on your computer and post the results log here.
