erratic tab opening

erratic tab opening

When I have more than one tab open and the active tab wants to open a new page it overwrites one of the earlier tabs instead of the active one.

very annoying.

I cannot replicate it - can you let us know your settings and the steps required to replicate the issue (preferably from a clean install).
