I am using the AB 11.0 build 46 and also registered an account to enjoy the online profile storage.

Starting from yesterday, I have problem loggin to the my AB account when I activate AB.

The error message is, Unable to connect to server. Try later.

Anyone here can help me to check out what has happen?

I am also having this problem, but it is only happening on one of the computers I am using. Any idea's or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

That's DNS provider's fault.

I am able to login to the AB in my laptop which is a AB11.0 build 45 version, using the same internet access.

Will it be a bug in build46 that cause the logging to server problem??

I'm able to login now with build 46,But I've had some problems earlier with both 45 & 46.
So probably either the server was down,Or as Jasmine stated,there was some DNS-Related issue.

It was working. But for the past 2 or 3 days, "Server Not found" message comes. I'm unable to go to many sites because I stored every one in the bookmarks. Now how to retrieve it?

Well add me to the list...the AB server is down for me at the moment.

I have flushed my DNS cache and still have the problem, so DNS is not an issue.

Who ever gives the reply, please help to resolve the problem, not say its DNS fault. If DNS fault, how to clear it?

That's not a problem on your side,but the datacenter's troubles.
According to the information I have,Anderson (the developer) will change the datacenter if they won't resolve it soon.

Just a domain-related problem.
All your data is still stored on the online-storage servers.
I'll still use the online-storage feature.

if we are all having this problem with connecting how can it be fixed this is very wrong. doesn't make my day, i have Mircosoft/Explorer and that's how i have to go on line. How do we fix this. Someone help!!!!!!!!!!!!!! well, it's not working today. Honolulu time @ 8 pm on 3/15

this is someone's problem other than the simple one's being given out. now who's gonna fix it. are they listening to this blogs or do i have to call the Avant police.

Just thought I'd mention I'm having the same problem. Was working for a day under a different windows user name and I thought that was the problem, but now neither is working. Even tried using back to version 11.43 with no luck.

Just to clarify, the issue being discussed in this thread is concerning the online storage feature and connecting to Avants server. If you're not using online storage then the server problem will not effect you.

If you're having troubles accessing websites then you're having a different problem. Please start a new topic.
