How to get avant's same skin menu effect in firefox?

Hello,
I both use avant browser and Firefox (home & work) I'd like both the skins to have same appearance: Does any skin maker know how I can reduce highlights of menus in firefox, so that there's transparency on menuitems area 5I use the Zezio theme). Here's a screenshot

I think that you would have to start from scratch using FF's Skin Maker or switch to Orca Browser which uses Avant's setup but FF's 1.5 gecko engine instead of IE's.
