If you have downloaded a Firefox extension (file extension is .xpi), you can install it by dragging it from Windows Explorer to Orca.
There is an alternative to dragging-and-dropping:
- browse to About:config
- click the "careful/promise" button
- in the filter box type: hideInstallButton
- double-click extensions.hideInstallButton to change it from false to true
The extension dialog (Tools >> Add-ons >> Extensions) will now have an "Install" button.
Note: Not all Firefox extensions are supported by Orca, see Orca Extension List
