Give me a dirty martini and a great cigar, cause nothing beats a nice tight white ash!

Locate your settings folder and find the file .default\mozdata\UserData\prefs.js - all the about:config settings are there (it's a plain text file).

Tested and working! Install extension Vacuum Places Improved 1,

Defragments your Orca Browser "Places" database (history/bookmarks)
This greatly reduces the lag while typing in the address bar and the start-up time.
This extension features configurable automatic cleaning, periodic reminder, and internationalization.

CCleaner can now vacuum (or compact) SQLite databases for Firefox and Google Chrome, which can speed up those browsers.

* Added vacuum SQLite databases for Firefox and Google Chrome.
Should work for Orca too
