Avant 2012 Ultimate Build 18

I still don't get any tooltips anywhere in the Avant user interface components (toolbar buttons, bookmarks in the sidebar, etc.).
I do get tooltips in Firefox-generated toolbars, the Firefox Add-on bar, and on web pages themselves that have tooltips implemented (for example, in the Avant forum pages <http://forum.avantbrowser.com/>, the Tracker, FAQ, Members, Search, and Logout links just below the menu bar on the right side have tooltips).
Still no Avant tooltips

Please provide the following information before reporting problems:
Avant Version; System(also point out it is a 32 or 64-bit OS);IE; Memory Size; CPU Speed;
Optional: Firewall; Graphics Card
For the problems hard to replay, could you add me into your MSN or Skype list if you use either of them? The advantage is that you can let us know the situation in the first place by making some screenshots, sharing your screen or explaining the specific problems more clearly when they happen.

Confirmed fixed in 2012 Ult. build 21.
