Good news? I removed realplayer streaming capability from Orca Monday morning and the error message problem went away. I'll leave it to you to figure it out.
One symptom of interest. After shutdown (when I was having the problem) the Orca icon would remain in the system tray until the error message was closed. Normally it disappears about 1/2 second after shutdown, similar to Avant.

I have had it on my system since I originally posted my solution and I have not had a single problem. Please try again and follow my simple installation instructions to the letter.
- Close Orca
- Delete all Orca preferences (as per command-line instructions)
- Add realplayer streaming extension (posted near the start of this thread)
Please make sure that you have no other versions of RealPlayer installed anywhere on your system apart from quoted previously.

Use this command instead:
It will remove the Mozilla data but will leave Orca specific settings intact.
It is possible to retrieve any settings that you may have already lost - we are just moving, not deleting them.

More bad news. It didn't work - error indication came back as soon as I installed realplayer streaming.

There is obviously something strange with your setup as far as RealPlayer is concerned - are you able to provide us a full inventory or what is on your system. I believe that Belarc Advisor can produce that.
Re sign-in info, I assumed that you meant Orca's AutoFill. You must be using Mozilla's Password Manager. I apologise for misunderstanding. I can provide steps to retrieve those if necessary.

You are running exactly the same version of RealPlayer as I am, so the problem must be an external program that is interfering with that and/or Orca.
I notice that you are running many anti-malware applications: AntiVir Desktop, avast! Antivirus, Comodo Firewall, Lavasoft Ad-Aware/Download Guard/Threatwork, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, Spybot Search & Destroy, SpywareBlaster...
One or more of these will surely intercepting the captured file once it is downloaded and will scan it for threats. Let's try disabling that from within Orca (more info)
- Go to about:config
- In the filter box type in browser.download.manager.scanWhenDone
- Double-click the result to change it to False

Sorry - I'm out of ideas. The only way forward is if you can provide exact wording of all the error messages and a short screengrab video of your actions and the error.
The setting means that files won't be forcibly scanned once downloaded - but it is not a problem as most anti-malware programs do a background scan on files accessed anyway.

We did go through this before - the error report is very long and I don't know how to capture it. The error occurs, more or less at random, after I close the browser. Closing individual tabs has no effect. I have been unable to determine any pattern.
