Eliminating the sidebar

Post by JusticeDaye » Sun May 03, 2009 5:50 am

I think Orca is absolutely perfect, except for one problem. I rarely use the sidebar (that includes bookmarks, rss, history, and blocked urls). I'd like it to only be available at my request, but it pops up consistently when my mouse even goes near the left side of the screen. Is there a way to turn off this feature?

Are you in full screen mode? Try unselecting Auto-hide the left side panel in Full Screen/Desktop Mode under Tools > Orca Browser Options > Miscellaneous

Nope. I'm just on the regular screen. I just want it gone (or at least, not to pop-up when my mouse ventures to the left side of the screen) altogether.

The only popping out feature I'm aware of is only available when in full screen mode. It shouldn't happen in normal mode. Did you try unselecting the option I mentioned anyway?
