Occasional error message

Occasionally, maybe a couple times a week, I get an error-message dialog while using Avant (content shown below). Avant continues to run with no apparent problems associated with the error when the dialog appears and after I've cleared it. This has been happening for a few weeks now, but I'm not sure when I first saw it or which build I was running at that time. Note that the third line, Module name, identifies Avant as the source of the error. Also, while the OS is identified correctly in the first line, I have no idea where it's getting the CPU identity in the second line from, since the actual CPU in the system is an Intel Q9400 running at 2.67 GHz. There is nothing to indicate which process threw the error dialog. Next time it happens, I'll determine the process name for the dialog and add it to this thread.

Please provide the following information before reporting problems:
Avant Version; System(also point out it is a 32 or 64-bit OS);IE; Memory Size; CPU Speed;
Optional: Firewall; Graphics Card

For the problems hard to replay, could you add me into your MSN or Skype list if you use either of them? The advantage is that you can let us know the situation in the first place by making some screenshots, sharing your screen or explaining the specific problems more clearly when they happen.

I started getting this error message in January. It happens exactly the same as it does with Mike.

I unsubscribed the topic because nobody else had the same problem... so I assumed the problem was my system.

Mike, if coincidence really exists, you'll start experiencing this problem in December. :)
I use the latest Ultimate version with Mozilla rendering engine by default.

We are still keeping an eye on this problem, but haven't find out the cause.
