Post by aladin6 » Wed Oct 26, 2011 9:44 pm

Hello,
I installed the all new AB 2012 Build 3 Firefox based, installed LastPass as usual, and i expected to have as Firefox a top icon(near the search bar), plus, i have Gmail checker addon and its icon is not present too. Can you please solve that problem?
Thank you very much.

Could you request those tools to support toolbar? Avant/firefox can't support buttons, instead toolbar is supported.

Please provide the following information before reporting problems:
Avant Version; System(also point out it is a 32 or 64-bit OS);IE; Memory Size; CPU Speed;
Optional: Firewall; Graphics Card

For the problems hard to replay, could you add me into your MSN or Skype list if you use either of them? The advantage is that you can let us know the situation in the first place by making some screenshots, sharing your screen or explaining the specific problems more clearly when they happen.

When you install Lastpass in Firefox, its icon(shortcut) will be created near the search bar(please try to see what it happens with Firefox to understand my point ;)).

aladin6, I've already known how that works, but unfortunately Avant doesn't support the button :cry: , but if it's made as a toolbar it should work. So I suggest you to request in Lastpass forum, or alternatively temporarily use ie which can support the button.
I will take it as a request.

Clear ;). Please keep your focus in the Firefox based version, it's by far better than IE one ;) :p.
