chome starts are slower and slower

already few versions (now i have avant 2012 b181, win7) i can see than after time the first opening of page in chome engine (i'm using) takes longer time
i'm used to close all web pages and minimize avant to system tray, but after time - when i'm repeatably maximizing it, opening any web pages (f.e. gmail), closing them and minimizing again - it takes much longer time than usual (sometimes over minute), when i look at it in task manager one chome.exe process uses processor time and allocates memory
(i think sometimes it happens also without minimizing avant and maybe also without closing all pages?)
solution is avant restart, than is everything fast again
two different computers with win7 32 and 64
someone else with such problem?

I can't replay it. Does restarting avant browser and then opening one page in chrome mode create multiple chrome.exe in task manager? Seems only creating one chrome.exe is abnormal.

there are two chromes in that time, 2nd one "too active"

one chrome makes 100% of one core, avant 100% of another core (both: mostly 100%, but not full time 100%)
avant stays 'intentensive' few seconds longer than chrome, anyway in that time for user without task manager it is already looks ok = chrome is already usable, f.e. can type searched string into www.google.com)

Can't the cpu usage fall down in a while?
Have you enabled any chrome extensions? How about disabling them?

at computer with 8 cores i do not feel it in another programs, at computer with 2 cores it looks different
no chrome extensions are enabled, different antiviruses

- yes, at one machine avant has 1x avant and more chrome processes

- at 2 core machine are all cores busy for a minute so you feel it much more

Does it only happen on some specific pages with complex elements?
- even one=first page is critical, when that is already working then the next pages are usually much better
it does not depend on concrete page (google.sk, dsl.sk, ... = really absolutely anything)
