me too, from this morning till now I can't access online storage
my internet connectios speed is 512 Kb/s and it's fine for all websites other than online storage.

I cannot log into online storage. I keep getting an error message that the server cannot be reached, please try again later. It began this morning at home and still cannot log in some 9 hours later from my workstation. Hopefully someone reads these forums that can do something about it.

I now discovered that it is only on my laptop (with Windows 7). On my desktop PC (with Windows XP) I have no problem....

eh... probably I'm wrong. I think now the desktop pc has the same problem... It has difficulties with synchronising.

We're out of touch with Anderson. The Online Server might need restarting.However, we can't contact him by e-mail/msn. So the problem could last for a while. We'll let you know as soon as we get in touch with him.

Please provide the following information before reporting problems:
Avant Version; System(also point out it is a 32 or 64-bit OS);IE; Memory Size; CPU Speed;
Optional: Firewall; Graphics Card

For the problems hard to replay, could you add me into your MSN or Skype list if you use either of them? The advantage is that you can let us know the situation in the first place by making some screenshots, sharing your screen or explaining the specific problems more clearly when they happen.

Can't you call him or contact him some other way? In my case, Avant is totally unusable without being able to contact the server. The toolbars are all blank, and I can't even type an address in the address bar.

It's always impossible to connect to online storage.
And it's impossible to create an online account for online storage.

When it's impossible to create a account online storage : the captcha don't appears.


Is it possible to receive a mail or a news letter when then online storage is in maintenance server please ?

When do you think the server will be back ? thanks :)

Does anyone have any clue as to why it may not be working? Is it another DNS server issue as it was a couple years ago, or is it a simple server restart? Is there only one person running the show who can fix this? Let's get some sort of plan in place to tackle this problem so it doesn't occur in the future as well. How much should we all donate? :) For the free product/service you guys provide, and the relatively small number of outages there are, you guys are doing a great job!

Roboform everywhere is a nice supplement/backup to Avant storage. $10 for the first year. $20 each year after.

I am now able to 'log in" to the online storage server, however everything is gone. I have no bookmarks, no autofills, nothing!! Avant is totally worthless if this is the performance for the end user. Hopefully someone can straighten this mess out.

Do you have any backups under Tools>Backup/restore profiles? If you have, choose a latest backup and click the Restore button to restore all your data manually.
If you don't have any backups, please PM me you account name of online storage and the last date you remembered your data were still available, I can restore them for you from our server.
