Accessing Searchbar text via Javascript extension?

Post by mutzi » Sat Aug 02, 2008 2:20 am

I'd like to have access (read/write if possible) to the Searchbar's text.

Is there any way to do this?

Thanks for any help.

Sorry, read only access to the Address bar (not the searchbar)
use document.location to get whatevers in the addressbar.

if you want to write to the addressbar youll have to settle for redirecting to another page using javascript
