one annoying thing though is the way previous messages are displayed when posting a reply.
Maybe if you prevented scrolling the entire page when reaching the edges it would be better...

when posting a reply the previous threads are shown inside a window with scroll bars. and when you scroll using the wheel, it scrolls the entire page after you reach the edges of that window...

I know what you mean now. I actually like that but sometimes it gets in the way. Since I have my screen resonlution set at 1280x1024 i can just go around it.

It's nice this way. When you get back to the top (the last post) just keep scrolling and you are at the text box again. I don't understand why this annoys you. But, it does. I guess the only thing I can say is don't use the wheel, use the scroll bars. I like it the way it is.

Click the middle mouse button; you can move your mouse up and down to scroll up and down. You probably all ready knew that.

of course it's not as comfortable as using the wheel but it's better in this context.
