Avant Browser engines update

Is someone still looking after updating the engines?

Or even better: can we update the engines on our own for box Gecko/Firefox and Webkit/Chromium?

It looks like yes, at least every now and then. For me, this is enough, as the current feature set of AB Ultimate is still very compelling and it is worth the effort.

Certainly, if we had a way as non-devs to update the FF/Chormium engines on our own, it would allow us to keep AB Ultimate alive. If it can be done and if someone could explain how to do it, step-by-step, i would appreciate.
