Hi Xiaobing,
I am in the middle tab of a ten tabs screen. When I do a split view, all ten tabs stay on the left view and none on the other side. I want half of the tabs to go to the right view and the other half go to the left view. This is no happening. This is an old problem that has never been fixed. When will there be a solution?

Re: Split View problem
I have recorded it as a request. The developer will consider it.

Re: Split View problem
With the new build 7 release, the problem is still there. Does Anderson not care about fixing this bug? Any others who have the same problem please join the discussion here.

Re: Split View problem
Reading the original post, is this a "bug" or a request? It sounds like you want Avant to split the screens based on the location of the active tab. I admittedly don't use the split function a lot, but when I do, it's to organize what I'm looking at and I'd much rather prefer to start with one location for everything.
(Not to mention, the way people are, you split it the way you want, then the complaint becomes that the tab you're one should go to the other side, not the side it goes, which then turns into wanting another option in the options menu to choose which side the active tabs goes.)
Am I missing something here, though? Is it written somewhere that it should be splitting the tabs? Otherwise, us not liking the way something functions doesn't make it a bug.

Re: Split View problem
Sorry I reported it as a bug; it is a request instead.
However when I close AB with 10 tabs in split view and reopen the program, there are 10 windows of AB instead of the last view setting. I'd say this is a bug. What do you think?

Re: Split View problem
I like the Split View in AB <no other know browsers have this feature>. I usually use the left side to play videos and the right side for my web browsing (less than 5 tabs).
However, the CPU usage is alway hign at 95 to 100% thus causing all sort of problems such as AB freezes or cashes. I use Task Manager to kill ybrowser.exe constantly, and I do this about 50 times everyday.
Does anybody have the same issue and can you offer any suggestions? I am at the end of the rope.
