For all people who wants to start the translation (or edit a current translation) to save a lot of time I suggest to use IniTransl, a freeware editor for ini file that load english master, load a language (o create a new from scrtach), and show both english and localized string.

Also you can use it to load a new english master language, a old version of localized file and check which string should be added or untranslated.

This sw it's free and save a lot of your time.

Before to start a 4000 lines ini (language file size) check with Initranslator and your job will be easy and professional.

I used it for italian translation and before to find iot I looked for a solution that can help me about translation editing.
