Tool bars how to reset?

Postby gquiring » Sun Apr 17, 2005 10:59 am

For some reason my AB tool bars got moved all over the place. Also my Search Web, Search Site, Find and Highlight buttons are greyed out.

Is there any easy to reset every toolbar to the default location. I keep trying to drag them where they should be but it does work.

How can I also get back my greyed out buttons?

The best way is rename your conf.ini file that located in c:\documents and settings\yourusername/application data/avant browser
But then you'll lose all your other settings.
IE8(Pro), Microsoft Security Essentials
Main PC:

Secondary PC same as primary but with Windows 7 x64 Ultimate as the OS.

I renamed the config file, that fixed the location problem. But my Search Web, Search Site, Find and Highlight buttons are still greyed out. Any ideas?

Did you actually do a search? Those buttons are greyed out until you do a search.
