Whenever I try to start Avant Browser it starts as normal however I cannot go to any websites at all. I am working online and my browsers work on my other 2 computers just fine. I am running windows vista (likely the problem) however I do not know how to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also IE works just fine, and I am running avant browser 11.7 build 39

Your firewall is probably blocking Avant from accessing the network - try removing it from there or adding Avant.exe to its list of exceptions.

that was the problem! thank you very much...and fyi for anyone else that has this problem I am using comodo firewall and I just disabled it...i will now add avant browser to the allowed list or safe list, whatever it is called. thanks again kudos!!!
