I was about to submit a bug, but now I realise it's probably just an feature that was put in without telling any of the users.

I noticed this too after run build 112 for the first time , but to me only one setting was changed , it was the right-mouse-click+move-right (changed from close tab to close all tabs) , i just use 4 mouse gestures .

When I used the Close All Windows Except This One gesture, it popped up with the correct dialogue, but it used the action Close Current Window.
It only fixed itself when I manually clicked File->Close All Windows Except This One
