My personal solution - use flash 10.3 with Firefox - minor nuisance: I have to do the replacement every day, since Adobe keeps updating it (overnight?) back to 11.3.

I remembered there is somewhere can disable the auto-update of flash player.

I tried that, but Adobe ignored the setting and kept updating anyhow. Possibly the option to not update doesn't apply when they are introducing a new version and not simply fixing bugs.

Or
In a page that has a flash video , right-click , global configurations , advanced tab and disable updates.

Crazy_John wrote:My post was just about disable updates.
I said XP as a example , so that you can see if that exist in W7 also.
control panel theres a flash player manager
and
flash video , right-click
i was talking about use the version 10.3 or 11.2 and disable the updates .
If that versions work ok , after disable the updates you are ok until adobe release a fix.
Other way to disable it is ,run (search for it) :
C:\WINDOWS\system32\FlashPlayerApp.exe

Your links don't seem to work.
I am using 10.3. I changed the option for updates to disable, but Adobe ignored it and updated anyhow. Another approach involved Secunia PSI, a code to handle updates. It also has an option to stop updates. That didn't work either.
So I have a nuisance of uninstalling 11.3 and installing 10.3 on a daily basis. Fortunately it only takes about 15 seconds, so I can live with it.
