Online storage - Login Issue

All of a sudden I am being asked to enter passwords & despite entering correct one, it's not logging-in!
What's more while trying to reset password now they are displaying a message saying my Email ID has not been registered!
How is that possible? Have been using Avant for a long time with same ID?
NEED IMMEDIATE HELP.

Please someone sort this problem out...i cant login to auto refills which is my main reason for using Avant

It is working now. Upon clicking on forgot password, I got the password on my registered email ID (same ID 'they claimed not to have been registered with them' yesterday!)
