Can't check out on Amazon from Avant

Lately I have had to switch to IE to check out purchases on Amazon. I could still use 1-click, but that doesn't work with non-prime purchases.

Which step/option doesn't work? Could you please tell me more detailed?
What payment method do you select?

It's the regular check ou page--when Itry to get there I either get a blank page, or one that says "secure" at the top.

Hmmm... I just tried to go thRu the process to ge a screen shot and----it worked! Gremins again! When it happens again, and it will, I'll get a SS and be back.

It's happening again! I had tp use plainIE to complete my order. In addition, once this happens, as long as I have an Amaazon tab open none of the other tabbed sites are functional and at times even the tabs don't work--it stays stuck on Amazon. This is what I get instead of the regular page:


I know I'm showing my age, but I can't remember how to clear my cache in Avant. I'm using Version 2915 Build 27 lite. This is what Amazon "help" suggests I do.

Tools>clear records>Clear temporary intenert files.

When this happens, the options on toolbars still work when you use mouse to click them?
