Mendeley Web Importer

Post by luder » Fri Apr 26, 2013 4:33 pm

Mendeley is a reference manager which is widely used in academia. The programme has a web importer button (http://www.mendeley.com/import/) which can be incorporated into Internet Explorer Links folder. This enables automatic importation of a citation into the Mendeley library for inclusion in the bibliography of an article. How can this same button be incorporated into Avant?

Doing what that page says should work,
, or you can right-click this button and choose to add this link to your bookmarks.

Avant doesn't have a links bar like explorer. I tried dragging the button to the bookmaks bar but no luck. Any other suggestions?

Workaround: use IE favorites directly in Avant: Tools>Avant browser options>miscellaneous〉Use IE favorites as bookmarks.
