I too have started in the last week to suffer numerous incidents of this Plugin problem.

I have gone so far as to locate the plugin-container.exe file and delete it - this does not appear to have helped.

I will uninstall and then reinstall Avant Browser - if this doesn't work I will be 'defecting' to IE.

Downgrading the flash player to 10.3 can solve the problem.

I'm not having the issue anymore since the latest flash update.
Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 2003 via 10+ pc's & Servers
Avast + Sygate, Avast ISS where Sygate doesn't apply.
Long walks on the virtual beach and Micro-brewed beer.
