Javascript Addons not working correctly (fix in progress)
I cant figure out what the exact problem is, but the addons cannot read all the data on the page. A lot of perfectly normal objects are suddenly "undefined" when they are run from a plugin.

Ive created sample html pages and added the javascript code to the end, they all work fine. However it seems once the page is loaded and an addon is run, it cannot find the most basic of objects. An example is document.links

When i call

"alert(document.links)"

the gecko engine should display an alert box explaining that i tried to turn an object into a string and say: "[object HTMLCollection]". At least that means that it knows the object exists.

But when i try the same code in an addon i get an alert box saying "undefined". The javascript injected by the addons dont seem to be able to integrate themselves with the existing code on the page. Im trying to make a few addons cross compatable with Avant and Orca and these problems are making it difficult to test.

Hello,I can't confirm. I made a auto-execute script addon with your code. While opening a page it runs and pops up a dialog with "[object]" . Seems there's no problem here.

Hi, ive reinstalled, still getting an "undefined" error :(

Can you try these plugins? they SHOULD work, but not for me.

URL List should write out a list of links on the current page.

Super Linkifier should turn most of the links on
http://yellow5.us/firefox/testcases.txt
into clickable links.

Not alone, it's reporting undefined for me too. Document reports as an object just fine though.
