| Download manager opens a new windows for each download (fix completed) |

When downloading files (using the "download manager" of course) the download manager opens up for every time you click "save as". For example, after downloading 7 files you have 7 download manager windows open.

Along this same line, there's no dialog to ask where save direct file links (address bar). They will always be saved to desktop. With links in pages, you can work around it by using "save link as".
