Have been fixed in 2010 build 131.

Hallo Jasmin,
The issue isn't fixed in built 131. When you klick on the X in a non-focussed tab, it wont close but bring the tab to front.
I have to confess, that my first impression after upgrading a few days ago, was that it seemed to be fixed, but it isn't.
