Re: Latest AB Ultimate version for Windows XP SP3 32bit

I've tested every series on everything from XP to Windows 10, and can confirm the 2016 series is compatible with XP (tests done on XP Pro SP3), as is the 2015 series. However, both are temperamental when using the Chrome engine, as such I'd suggest using either the Trident (IE) or Gecko (Firefox) en...

Re: Your password may be modified, please re-login message

Just to clarify, I've notified Anderson (I've not got access to the server used for the Online Storage stuff). He's several hours ahead of the UK where I am, so should hopefully see and reply to it quickly.

You should be able to access it now (you were in the newly registered user group, which has limited permissions. I've removed you from that group, and modified the permissions for the group too)

Re: How do I change my statistics on the forum?

Sorry for missing this. There's no restrictions in place that I am aware of. I'll take a look as soon as I've finished upgrading the other forum.

Re: Many crashes, at least 20 per day

It's not an isolated case, no. Unfortunately however, it's extremely sporadic, so reproducing is an issue for the developer (I see it quite frequently across all engines, but not all sites/machines (those with heavy use of flash/JS for example, are prone to producing it, more than those that don't u...

Re: AVANT hacked?

Avant' online storage systems haven't been hacked to my knowledge (I've not got access to those so can't personally check). It's possible it's just a glitch with them.

Hopefully either Anderson or one of the support team will be along shortly to clarify.
