Re: Broswer version and OS

Hello,
AFAIK, Avant Browser 11.0 is the latest version that should work ok on Win98, But I might be wrong.
As of WinXP, The latest version of Avant should work just fine with it. It's recommended to install the latest IE (IE8 for now) on WinXP.

Re: Partition creator/divider?

I'm not the biggest expert, But AFAIK, Partition Magic is quite popular, But not a free program. There's a partition management tool in Vista. Go to Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Computer Management>Disk Management. But I'm not completely sure whether it's possible to divide partitions without ...

Re: Outlook + AB

I couldn't understand this:
thought it's x86 w/2003
Anyway, I'm unable to confirm this here.
I've tried to test by resetting IE as default browser and then setting Avant as default and all the links are working fine.

Re: Triple Engine Browser

In theory, Lunascape will use IE cookies just if you'll use the Trident engine. But there's a little difference on Vista - IE on Vista use different cookies for "Standard user" (UAC) mode and "Admin user mode". Also, If I'm not mistaken then there's a difference in IE8 - Compatibility view cookies a...

Re: Gmail requires ActiveX controls to be enabled

Have you tried to clean your temporary internet files & cookies? If yes and it still doesn't work: Probably not, But worth a try: Could it be that you've accidentally added gmail/google to the restricted zone? Please go to Tools>Internet Options...>Security Select restricted zone and click Sites & m...
