This bug (or feature) still is not fixed in new version AB.

I want to clarify: this white field is formed due to the fact that the tab moves down after closing the full-screen video and the page update.

Problem is not confirmed in latest version AB. After closing full-windowed wideo I see blank page and hear sound from video (if video still continues). I must close or refresh page. Up theme. In newest version the situation the same.

Maximizing of window is uncomfortable. So, in inner (so to speak) window the combination Ctrl-W closes all opened tabs. Also I like AB for possibility to use the different languages in address bar and page without language switching. This feature in new inner window doesn't work. There are other bug...

One more bug: contents of the link opened in a new window by shift-click aren't scaled.
It is the same FF engine.

After exit from full-window size of video I look a white page. At the same time video continues - I hear sound, but can't see image. For solve this problem I must close page or refresh it.

P.S. Problem is observed in AB 2018 b.7, FF engine.

I installed new version AB. And now I see additional tab in every new opened window. As for me, it is very uncomfortable. The useful area of the screen decreases.

How to get rid of it?

In new version AB any addon cann't be installed. It is downloaded, but then window "This site wants to install 1 addon in Firefox" is appeared... And nothing! Buttons "Add" or "Cancel" don't work. Installation window hangs until I close the addons tab.

The size of first screen is fixed. It's good!
And what is with addons? For example: I use Ace Stream Web Extension, but now I must start it manually. Earlier this addon (and others) started automatically.

The problem with first window is saved in new release (4.21.2017) too.

This is a bug (or feature) AB. I checked sites with "non-verified" certificates in other browsers - there it was all right.

There is interesting bug in new version AB: the first window has the expanded scale in comparison with the subsequent ones though everywhere 100% are specified. When AB starts, some blank window appears (see screenshot). I close it, of course, but WTF? This window begun to appear in previous build of AB.
I use Firefox engine.

I like Avant, especially Avant with Mozilla engine. But one thing kills me many-many years - f...king (sorry for invective - I can't be silent) gecko engine, which seeks to borrow full memory and slows down browser and PC. ACE engine doesn't work properly in latest version of AB (any engines). Message "Cannot load file" is appeared.
I must launch site with ACE stream translation in IE. It has no problems. And only then ACE engine starts working in Avant Browser.

The cause of all troubles with memory and productivity is gecko engine. Gecko seeks to occupy all memory and crushes browser.

Update: freezing and delaying appear when gecko.exe occupied more than 600 Mb of RAM (computer has 3 Gb RAM). Funny, but other applications work in this moment as usual - no bugs, no lags.

No. Maximum 80% and 85% RAM. Other programs in this moment work normally.
