Online storage failure?

I fired up Orca today to find all of my bookmarks completely gone. It says it's connected to online storage and it appears to be attempting to upload a continuous stream of "personal data" (despite the fact that I just had Orca clear all records). Naturally I would be very irritated if I lost all of...

Re: Firefox and HTML5 + WebM Open Video Standard

Yeah I had since heard about the disputes over the tech, but not until after I posted this lol. I didn't mean to imply it was a bandwagon you had to jump onto, just what the development's thoughts and potential plans for this and new standards. You know, like what your general adoption policy is. Bu...

Firefox and HTML5 + WebM Open Video Standard

I know all of this was only just announced yesterday at Google I/O, but with pretty much every single browser (incl MS IE) hopping on this bandwagon, I was curious what Orca Devs might do in response. I don't know how this extra support is wired into Firefox if it's an engine thing or a plugin thing...

Re: "New Window" Positioning Problem

interesting. I did try compatibility mode as you suggested, but to no avail. However, running orca maximized on my other monitor removes this problem entirely...I will continue to look for another workaround.

Re: "New Window" Positioning Problem

The problem is: Clicking a link that opens a new window will cause said new window to place itself in a fixed position that is not maximized. The workaround is right-clicking the window's tab and "restoring" and then maximizing it, bringing it to the desired position. This is linked to having a seco...

Re: "New Window" Positioning Problem

correction, the problem happens when clicking bookmarks and links to new windows, but opening a new window and then clicking a bookmark makes the window behave as normal.

"New Window" Positioning Problem

Hello all I just set up a new monitor to use for a dual screen setup. Now whenever I open a new window from a link , not ctrl+n or new windows from bookmarks , the image attached happens. I am using orca maximized on my main monitor, I have a 8800 GTS, fairly recent drivers for everything etc. to co...

Re: slowdown at activity

I can confirm this on a 3.2ghz dual core under vista. lags only when orca is actually up and running and loading something new. even pages it has cached seem to do this. pages like facebook with several little (css?) links that change on hover are the worst.
